The pre painted aluminium sheet that we have available here at RAA Ltd is coil coated with a class 1 PVdF flexible paint system. PVdF is ideal for this purpose as it has excellent weathering properties, offers resistance to UV and colour fastness. PVdF is the most common finish for construction as it provides long life with a huge range of colours. The painted aluminium sheet can be punched, guillotined and bent using standard machinery to provide you with a finished product. All the painted aluminium sheets have a film to protect them from UV and also directional arrows are applied when the surface has been painted to help protect the finish during installation and fabrication. The range of painted aluminium sheet that we have available are the most commonly used sizes and gauges but we are also able offer bespoke sizes, colours and thickness to our customers request. |
